More and more humans, nowadays, vouch for human-like treatment of animals. A few, on the contrary, also propose that men have to use these creatures for fulfilling their requirements.

Those who put forth the former standpoint have a basis of humanity. That is to say, according to such men and women, all creatures, including humans, are creations of one God. Hence, all are equally valuable. Thus, no living organism has the right to influence another in any way. For instance, my mother is extremely spiritual. Each time she accidentally kills even a tiny organism, she asks for forgiveness from the Almighty.

The supporters of the second point of view consider mankind to be the supreme creation of God. To be precise, they think that humans are above every other species. Consequently, they are the rulers of the Earth. Therefore, they have the right to use every resource on the planet, including animals, as they want to. For example, non-vegetarians do not consider it to be a sin to eat meat.

In my opinion and in conclusion, a consensus on this issue is not possible. If we consider the life processes, such as breathing and eating, animals are like us. Thus, being fair, we should not work or kill them. Nonetheless, if we see animals, they kill one another for food. To illustrate, lions prey on other wild species. As a result, naturally, it seems that the more powerful have the right to control the less powerful. As a consequence, we must put animals to good use.
